In the unlikely event we have to cancel your tour due to adverse weather conditions, closures etc. and you have paid in full you can expect a full refund. 

We do request payment in full to receive confirmation of your tour.

Cancellations received 1 day before a tour are subject to full payment.

Admission into visitor attractions is not included in the cost of your tour.
